Bida Rice Color Sorter Machine
What materials can the Bida rice color sorter choose
The Rice color sorter machine is suitable for color selection of various types of rice, millet, black rice, brown rice, purple rice, glutinous rice, belly white rice, long grain rice, round grain rice, yellow grain rice, Thai long grain rice, etc.
Rice is fed from the feeding hopper through a vibrating feeder to a selection chute channel (color selection channel, whose surface should be smooth and free of rice jumping phenomenon). The rice grains are arranged and shaped in the chute channel to form a single-layer uniform velocity rice flow, which slides out of the chute channel and falls into the CCD lens detection area.
Rice color selection is a process that uses CCD optical imaging technology to screen out discolored particles and impurities in rice. After the rice material arrives at the processing site, the proportion of particles with different colors and impurities, namely the impurity rate, should be determined. The impurity rate in the rice material directly affects the color selection accuracy of the beige color selection machine. The higher the impurity rate, the lower the color selection accuracy and the worse the effect. When the impurity rate is 2%, the color selection accuracy of the Bida color sorter can basically reach 99.99%.
